My approach is characterized by a deep desire to help others feel connected and worthy of love and belonging through the gift of art psychotherapy.

I have experience  working with complex grief and trauma, childhood trauma, domestic abuse/violence, stress, major depression and addiction.

Hello, I am a qualified integrative counsellor, bereavement & loss specialist. Registered MBACP

I provide a space full of empathy and warmth to explore all parts of oneself to promote self-awareness and deeper understanding. 

My bereavement experience includes working with complex grief including those bereaved due to suicide, Covid-19 related deaths & miscarriage. I have also worked therapeutically with historical sexual abuse, C-PTSD, depression, anxiety & more.    

I am very aware of the impact that racism, discrimination, and oppression has on an individual and future family generations, which plays a huge part in how we experience the world.  I provide a safe space to explore these concerns and facilitate sessions where clients are encouraged to feel, process and heal from the elements that come with these issues.

Greetings, I'm a qualified integrative cognitive psychoanalytical therapist, integrative addictions therapist, certified Homeopath, group meditation facilitator. 

I have a deepened understanding of psychological issues from an alternative medicines, African-centred psychology & cultivation of spirit perspective, & have extensive experience working with people presenting with various mental health issues and psychosomatic symptoms.  I have a special interest in neuroscience and trauma; the psychobiology of trauma; mental health and its impact on the endocrine and the nervous system. I have trained in  alternative medicine such as herbology, nutrition, meditation, breath therapy, Taoism (transpersonal ideas), and energy cultivation - Medical Qi Gong (the Mother of all Martial Arts).
