Hello, my name is Beverley J Weston & I identify as an 'expert by experience'. This means I have experienced & navigated the healing journey of my unfair share of adversities & speak from a place of heart felt wisdom when it comes to supporting others navigate their healing pathways.
I am passionate about supporting the community develop sustainable wellbeing & professionals to upskill & develop trauma informed psycho-socio-cultural competencies to better serve their customers.
I am a qualified intercultural psychotherapist, clinical supervisor, freelance educator & learning content creator. I hold a masters degree in psychotherapy & am the 'Founding Mother' of the ACIT approach.

Although currently based in the UK, Beverley J Weston has been welcomed by the Soul Saving Station Church in Saratoga Springs, New York State, as a guest speaker at their annual church camp retreat since it first launched in 2019. She leads the mental health segment of the 3 day annual event, dedicated to raising awareness and celebrating the Mind, Body, Spirit three part one entity concept.
Ministering to ministers, church leaders and other attendees, Beverley speaks about some very sensitive but important topics focusing on issues that might contribute to struggles with spiritual health & ones relationship with God.
Drawing on scripture and marrying it with trauma informed psycho-education, Beverley has shed light on helping the audience better understand topics such as
