COUPLES COUNSELLING / RELATIONSHIP THERAPY

I am a passionate relationship counsellor keen to support relationship repair for healing, health and sustainability; with a strong belief that secure relationships are essential to the growth of a healthy society.

Our experiences in early years heavily influence how we see and navigate life which in turn affects the relationships we have with ourselves and others. Considering this, I am dedicated to relationship therapy as a means to working with you to heal the effects or manifestations of childhood trauma. Couples counselling can also help with navigating communication issues, intimacy challenges and more.
